Good morning…or afternoon haha! Slept in again. Anyways started this morning with some Yoga 🙂 It has been 2 months since the last time I did it, but I will try to do Yoga at least 3 times a week now. It really calms you down and just puts you on a positive track. It’s like a little “me time” every day.
I used to hate Yoga because I have always been into more active sports like running or high intensity interval trainings so Yoga always seemed too boring for me but I’ve learnt to love it and the feeling you get when you are done is amazing, especially in the mornings. Good start for your day for sure! I use the “Yoga with Adrienne” videos on Youtube and I just started the 30 days of Yoga all over again. Go give it a try x
