    Heyy guys! It was a rainy day here yesterday which was nice actually. It has been so hot the past days so a bit of rain felt good. We decided to take the car to riverside and do a little workout there. It’s so beautiful everywhere, even when it’s raining.. I love it 🙂 After the workout we went to West End to get (apparently) the best Acaii bowls in town. I ordered a peanut butter bowl, it was disgusting by the way, haha.

    I’m going to bed now, it’s almost midnight so I’m super tired. We are going to wake up 4am tomorrow to take some photos, determined or what haha! Have a good day/night everyone, Love xx

    Morning workout

I woke up at 5am because of jet lag so I went to the gym at 6 and worked out with a crazy view. The sun was rising while I walked on the treadmill, oh I felt so relaxed and happy. I can’t get over this magical hotel and I’m so thankful to be able to travel the world and see all these amazing places. I did 30 minutes of speed walking, then some butt & ab exercises and then jumped in to the pool. After that I had a delicious buffee breakfast and a freshly squeezed juice 🙂

    Gotta go to the airport now, thank you Hong Kong & hotel ICON for a magical stay! And see you soon Australia 🙂

    Good morning guys! I woke up, took my dog to the puppy park, made breakfast and now I’m blogging while eating my brekkie. Back to my everyday routine, after a little getaway to Helsinki which was great by the way. The first day we spent just walking around and checking out some shops, then we got ready for the concert which was great in our opinion, amazing show and it was so cool to see Justin perform live. The next morning I went to the gym which was next door from our hotel room and it felt so good to work out. I power walked for 40 minutes on the treadmill and then did some stretching, I love the feeling you get after a good workout. I’m doing the Sonia Tlev (her Instagram) top body challenge, I like her training guides way more than Kayla’s, I think her’s are a bit too though and my body got veery muscular when using her guides, then I changed it to Sonia’s workout guides and I was hooked. Her guides are more about building a nice booty and getting a flat stomach, I completed all the 12 weeks in April and I was so happy with the results so last week I started the guides all over again.
