    Oh hello hair

    Heyy! I had such a cozy day today – I started it with a morning walk and a good breakfast, then I hung out with my boyfriend a bit. A bit later I had a super cozy lunch in the sun with Marleen & my dog in a vegan restaurant, we had beetroot burgers, yum! We sat there for a good 3 hours until Marleen had to go to work. Now I’m on the couch, thinking about taking a hot bath and using this hair mask from Oh Hello hair, I used it for the first time about a week ago, but I didn’t wash it out well enough so I was left with oily hair, but after taking another shower the next day my hair felt amazing! I also love the fact that this hair mask is all natural and organic. I hate the nasty stuff in hair products. Anyways I’m planning to use it every week, I love having healthy hair. I’ll go now, have a good night everyone x

     

    (I’m actually publishing this post while sitting outside in a restaurant, the weather is way too good outside to spend this night sitting in a bath haha)

    Walk in the park

We were SO bored, after laying on the couch for 2 hours thinking about what should we do (thoughts that came through our head: playing paintball, boxing, going to megazone, going to the movies, playing basketball, road tripping, doing judo, going for a walk, going to the countryside, going to sail on a boat and like 100 other things haha) we decided to go and play basketball. Unfortunately all the courts were occupied so we just walked around in the park, at least the dog was happy, he got a nice long walk haha.

    I just got home and now it’s time to make some food end then I will go through some emails. Have a good night everyone xx

    My jump doesn’t look very good, I’m so bad at stuff like this. I have the WORST balance, I can hardly stand on one leg haha

    …to get my butt to the gym. I haven’t been in the gym for 5 months and I have definitely gained a few kilos. I just want that healthy life feeling again, that excitement when you go to the gym and then when you finally finish that super though workout. I also absolutely love eating healthy, I’m like a little kid in a candy store when I’m in organic shops. I bought a lot of good healthy food yesterday and I think I will go and start my gym membership again today. Monday is a great day to start, right 😉

    Healthy breakfast

    OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA Hey guys, I missed blogging so much!! I was a bit off the past days and kind of busy too. On Friday I got a last-minute call saying that I have to go to work and when I got back home my girlfriends were already here, so I didn’t have any time to blog. We went out clubbing and I got home 6am in the morning, slept until 2pm and spent the day doing absolutely nothing – being bored as hell but too lazy to do anything. I went to sleep 5am last night, because my sleeping schedule is so messed up now. I feel like because of that one party night I don’t have my life together anymore haha. I hate feeling unmotivated, waking up late and not doing anything with my life, partying can be fun once in a while but but I just keep regretting it the next day haha. Maybe it’s not for me anymore? I feel like I want to focus more on work and getting stuff done, but partying just slows everything down.  If I go back to Australia I definitely want to go clubbing there once in a while, people start drinking there at 6pm, you go to the club at 8pm and all the clubs close at 1am, meaning that you are at home in bed by 1.30 – how good is that? Here people go to the clubs at 1am and get home at 6 haha.

    Anyways enough with that, Marleen made us this super good breakfast one morning and it’s super easy to make as well so I though I would share the recipe with you. All you need is (portion for 2): 2 bananas, 2 cups of greek yogurt, pomegranate and berries for topping. Put the bananas and the greek yogurt in the blender and blend, bananas give a really nice sweet taste to the yogurt. Then pour it in a bowl and top it up with pomegranate and all kinds of berries. And that’s it! Try it for breakfast next time, healthy and really good too I promise 😉
